I bought this one for rs.13200/-. Not satisfied at all. not comfortable to work for long time as color and contrast is too much bright and painfull to eyes.

I have spent lots of time adjusting everything but still can’t natural tone of colors and contrast.

I have worked on viewsonic and I prefer it strongly over this samsung.

I don’t see any lines. It happens only if u have connected the wires loosely. I noticed those lines few days and tightened all the wires.. and it disappeared.

Hmm…just now I’ve finished installing it….everything was gr8 except the 60Hz refresh rate at max resolution. You could see some glare lines running by due to this….This is the only thing that turned me down..otherwise a master piece.

I agree with the feather touch buttons issue. But its just the matter till you get used to it. I used to struggle for a week, especially during night when all the lights are turned off.. now my fingers move over the exact button without any probs.

But I agree that it would’ve been good if it had a back light .

Ack! I bought this a few days ago from Staples for Rs. 15,900

The feather touch button is NOT a good idea. It’s very difficult to see them. They should have coloured it or used led lights. But on the bright side, the quality of display is just fine. I looked at the Samsung website and didn’t find any other monitor with an 8000:1 contrast ratio…

well, though I’ve no time to write up a review, all I can say is this monitor is really good for almost everything. Watching DVD movies and playing games is a sheer pleasure.

Even i’m from Bangalore and I bought this from SP Road for 14.6k.. its quite shocking for me to hear about the price drop so soon..

Please let me know your review on that. I am planning to by one in next week. In bangalore SP Road I was told that it will be around Rs.12,500.
